Freshman Bryston Castino is involved in cheer, Interact, and Bear Believers. In addition to her deep involvement in school, she is active in dance and involved in encounter youth.
With all that Castino is involved in, her biggest role model is Jesus as he has continuously inspired her to live the way he did.
In the future, Castino has many goals but some of her biggest goals are to get a respectable job, graduate college, and get into Texas A&M University.
Every small accomplishment brings her closer to her goals but even so, Castino’s greatest accomplishment was making the UIL Cheer team as a freshman.
Moving forward, the biggest things that motivate Castino are her friends, family, and Jesus. They are what keep her going throughout the day and push her towards her goals in life.
Throughout the entire year, Castino’s favorite part about being at LCM is getting to make friends, enjoy the school spirit, and experience the kindness of the staff.
With all the many classes within given here at LCM, Devyn Duhon’s principles of human services class is Castino’s favorite as she always makes everything enjoyable.
According to Duhon, Castino is an amazing student.
“She is always positive and brings joy and laughter to our classroom,” Duhon said. “She is a friend to everyone and a natural leader.”
