The UIL Academics teams competed at the Bulldog Classic in Nederland this past weekend and placed first overall to claim Sweepstakes. The Computer Science team consisting of Raymond Arrington, Jessica Allen, Knox DeBlanc and Andy Qi placed first. The Number Sense team consisting of Ovez Bhereiya, Jessica Allen, Wyatt Wilson, and Madelyn Harding also placed first. The Journalism team consisting of Rayna Christy, Camille Kelly, and Gabrielle Moore placed second.
