Sophomore Ezequiel Leon is involved in many organizations including football, soccer, and Key Cub. Leon is also has an after-school job at Sonic and even plays for his church.
According to Leon, Christiano Ronaldo is his biggest role model because Ronaldo went from having no money and no popularity to being one of the most famous person in the world.
Leon has many hobbies, but the the ones he enjoys are playing the accordion and eating.
For Leon, there are many goals he wants to achieve like having good grades, becoming a better person, and even getting closer to God.
Although Leon has many accomplishments, his biggest accomplishment is making the soccer team.
With Leon’s many accomplishments and goals he needs a lot of motivation, and for Leon his motivation for every day is a quote from himself that says, “one day or day one.”
If Leon could give any advice to his younger self, it would to be more social.
According to Leon, his favorite class this year is geometry because it is easy and although many people struggle, it only makes Leon feel smart.
Out all the things that Leon participates his favorite part about going to LCM is getting to do sports and be with his friends.
According to Leon’s English II teacher, Lindsey Fruge, he is one of the hardest workers she has in her classes this year.
“Ezequiel is the ideal student,” Fruge said. “He is respectful to his teachers and is always engaged with the lesson. He is also kind to all of his peers. Ezequiel is truly deserving of this recognition.”
