Freshman Christian Carrillo is involved in football, basketball, track, and baseball. Some of his favorite hobbies include going out to eat with his friends.
In the future, Carrillo wants to go to a Division 1 college for football and have a degree in engineering. His biggest inspiration is his father.
“He gets up early every morning for work and doesn’t complain,” Carrillo said.
Carrillo said something people may not know about him is that he is actually pretty smart. This year, his favorite class is history.
One of his biggest accomplishments is being named “Bear of the Week.”
According to Carrillo’s English I teacher Taylor Hurst, he is a well-mannered and polite young man.
“He always offers to help with classroom chores,” Hurst said. “He also actively listens, and he is encouraging and kind to his peers.”
