Senior Raygen Dunwoody is very active on campus. She is the captain of the Grizzly Crew, president of FCCLA, and she is also a member of Student Council and Interact. In Dunwoody’s spare time, she goes to Marble Slab with her friends. She loves shopping and recently took a interest in pickleball.
In the future, she wants to become an elementary teacher. One of her biggest inspirations is her mom because of how much she does for her. She said she hopes she can be half the woman her mom is. A few things that motivate her are love and money.
One of her favorite quotes that she lives by is Proverbs 31:25: “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.”
Something some people may not know about Dunwoody is that she is a Zach Bryan fan. One of her biggest accomplishments is that she has had a steady job since she was fifteen and something she wants to tell everyone else is, “I love you all.”
According to Student Council and Grizzly Crew sponsor Stacey Smith, Dunwoody is a super hard worker in and outside of school.
“In Grizzly Crew, she leads by example,” Smith said.
Dunwoody’s Instructional Practices teacher Jennifer Seago said Dunwoody is a student who will light up the room and is kind to all her classmates.
“She is a great leader,” Seago said. “She is currently working in Mrs. Roy’s Kindergarten class at LCE as part of the Education and Training program and is such a great role model for our Cubs.”
