Choir will host its annual talent show, Bears Got Talent, at 7 p.m. on April 14 at the high school auditorium. The talent show is a fundraiser to help with funding for choir activities throughout the year. The money raised from this event also helps pay for competitions, trips, UIL, and new equipment.

This has always been an anticipated event throughout the years and many students are excited to show off their talents.

I love seeing the support that these students get when they perform their talents.

— Nikki Hanson

“I was looking for a fundraiser and we have talent not just in here [choir], but across the school,” choir director Nikki Hanson said. “[I thought] it would be fun, and I love seeing the support that these students get when they perform their talents.”

Bears Got Talent is open to all high school students and acts can perform solo or as duos or groups. The first prize winner will receive $150, the second place winner receives $100, and third place will receive $50.

Admission to the talent show is $5 at the door.
