Freshman Erik Garza is a member of the Battlin’ Bear Band and loves to spend his free time practicing his trumpet or hanging out with friends. Garza said he looks up to his uncle the most because he is such a great person.

According to Garza, he wants people to see him as an honest person. He loves the “Magisterium” series and his favorite quote is, “Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.” Garza is motivated by the love of his friends and family members.
