Junior Tyler Comeaux is involved in UIL Computer Science, Math, and Number Sense. Comeaux is motivated by knowing there is always something new to learn and seeing his own growth through the results. His favorite quote is, “Things are not quite so simple as black and white,” by Doris Lessing, because of the truth behind the words.

Comeaux said he looks up to his Computer Science coach, Terry Morris, and Math coach Ricky Ryan because they are both wise and enthusiastic in what they do. In his free time, Comeaux works on his Computer Science skills or watches YouTube. He enjoys video games, “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith,” “The Outsiders” by S.E. Hinton, and the show “Last Man Standing.” The most meaningful thing in Comeaux’s life are all the opportunities he has been blessed with, such as the ability to pursue his dream of becoming a programmer.

Comeaux’s favorite color is blue due to its calming factor and symbolism of strength and wisdom. If he were stranded on an island, he would bring his computer, internet, and a boat. Comeaux wishes to become skilled in multiple programming languages and learn to speak French. Above all, Comeaux wishes to be seen as a kind and funny friend.
