Q: How would other people describe your high school self?
A: Very outgoing and full of energy
Q: Was there a career you wanted to pursue or pursued before teaching?
A: I did not go to school to teach. I have a sports medicine degree.
Q: What do you do outside of school for fun?
A: Crafts, gardening, spending time with my grandkids and family
Q: When people get to know you, what are they most surprised to learn about you?
A: I like to cook and feed people because it helps me to unwind.
Q: What is something you know a weird amount about that is not related to something you teach?
A: Farming and farm animals
Q: Who is someone you are thankful for and why?
A: My husband, because he supports me in my career choice and is a great partner in life.
Q: What advice would you give to your younger self?
A: Go to school earlier in life and finish with a Ph.D. degree in Emergency Medicine.
Q: What do you hope to be remembered for?
A: That I was someone you could depend on and that I was someone who you could trust.
Q: What is on your bucket list? What aspirations do you have for the future?
A: Travel and see the change of colors for Fall, spend more time with my grandkids and take them on vacations.
