Madison and Grant both have ambitious goals for the future. Grant is working toward becoming an aerospace engineer and astronaut, and Madison is striving every day to have a happy future – no matter what she does.
Madison said she has many inspirations, but her biggest inspiration is her parents because of how hard they work.
Madison and Grant both have diverse motivations on what strives them to push forward. Madison said her friends motivate her to be her best self, while for Grant the desire to learn and be successful is what motivates him to keep going.
Both Madison and Grant’s favorite class this year is their dual enrolled chemistry class with Jane Dunn because they find her to be an amazing teacher and think she is very entertaining and funny.
Grant said an accomplishment he is most proud of is being the trumpet section leader and also being first chair and having made Region and Area for band.
According to Madison’s dual enrolled pre-calculus teacher Elizabeth Leboeuf, she is a great student.
“She always pays attention and asks lots of questions, but what I really love about her is her personality,” Leboeuf said. “Madison is really sweet. She is nice to everybody! And she smiles and laughs all the time.”
Chemistry teacher Jane Dunn has Madison and Grant in her class this year and said it is a pleasure to have them both as her students.
“Madison is always smiling and is such a beautiful young lady,” Dunn said. “Grant has a very interesting and unique personality. Not only is he very smart, but he is hilarious. I am blessed to be their teacher this year!”
