Bear of the Week: Jaiden Trussell
April 3, 2022
Senior Jaiden Trussell is involved in theatre, band, choir, and UIL Prose & Poetry. She said she looks up to her theatre director, Ashley Dennison.
“I love working and learning with her every day,” she said of Dennison. “She inspires me to be a better person.”
Trussell aims to be a kind, respectful, and hard-working person. Her favorite quote is, “Success doesn’t come to you; you have to work for it.”
In the future, she would like to study theatre arts and hopes to one day become an actress. In her free time, she likes to sing, play the ukulele, and write her own songs and music.
According to Trussell, her family is important to her because they have supported her in everything she has been a part of. She is also appreciative of her theatre troupe.
“They’ve honestly become my second family,” she said. “I would not be the person I am today without them. I love working with people who all love the same thing.”
According to Dennison, Trussell is an excellent addition to any program she is a part of.
“She’s the first one here and the last one to leave–always looking for ways to improve and build her team up,” Dennison said. “Her enthusiasm is contagious and helps the heart of our program.”
