When someone hears the name Kelsey Dyson, a smile usually comes to one’s face. Friendly and energetic, Dyson spends her time participating in Key Club, Interact Club, HOSA, Powerlifting, Grizzly Crew, and her church youth group. She is very passionate about making a positive impact on people because she believes she can light up someone’s day.

Dyson’s favorite movie is “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and her favorite book is “The Notebook.” She also enjoys watching “Friends” and “The Office.” If Dyson were stranded on an island, she would bring a radio, the Bible, a blanket and Ryan Gosling.

She wishes she could travel to Australia or New Zealand because she has a special interest in seeing iguanas. She would like to learn different languages and travel across the world. She would also like to learn how to play different instruments and have her own band or jazz band.

Dyson said she strives to be like her friend Morgan Collier because she is kind, loving, and passionate. She also said her mom motivates her to be the best she can be.

Her favorite color is forest green because it is such a refreshing color and very earthy and reminds her of nature. She said her family and friends are very important to her because they help her and love her throughout her life.
